SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At SomnoLab, we make every effort to deliver your SomnoWave™ smart sleep headband as quickly as possible and under optimal security conditions.

1. Shipping Zones

We deliver our products both nationally and internationally. All orders are securely shipped with a unique tracking number provided as soon as the package is dispatched.

2. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed, prepared, and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is validated.

  • A confirmation email containing your tracking information is automatically sent to you as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

3. Shipping Times and Fees

Delivery times vary depending on your geographic location:

  • Standard National / Regional Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.

  • International Delivery: 7 to 14 business days (depending on the destination country and customs inspections).

Shipping fees are calculated and transparently displayed at Checkout before the final validation of your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Every delivery is associated with a unique tracking number. You can track your package's progress in real-time by clicking the link received in your shipping confirmation email, or directly on our website via our tracking page.

5. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Fees

For international deliveries outside our main shipping territory, import taxes, customs duties, or related brokerage fees may be required by the local authorities of the destination country. These additional fees are not collected by SomnoLab and remain the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

6. Address Errors and Unclaimed Packages

  • The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information entered when placing the order (full address, street number, phone number, postal code).

  • In the event of an entry error preventing delivery, or if a package is not claimed from the carrier within the time limits, any re-shipping costs will be billed to the buyer.
